Facebook & Instagram advertising for attorneys

Meta Ads for Law Firms

Reach the right people. Give your intake team a useful next step.

A person scrolling Facebook or Instagram may not be looking for a lawyer in that moment. Your creative has to earn attention, your response path has to make sense, and your team needs to know whether an inquiry became a signed case.

Juris Digital plans and manages Meta Ads for law firms around that full path: audience, creative, screening, follow-up, and case outcomes.

Casey’s intake rule

Be ready to respond before you buy the lead.

Meta leads arrive at a different moment from a search inquiry. Someone may be watching a clip when your message catches their eye. If the firm waits until the next morning, the opportunity may be gone. Before launch, we agree on alert routing, staff coverage, a response sequence, and a way to record each attempt.

The five-minute goal is an operating rule for the team, not a promise that every lead will answer or sign.

Casey Meraz, founder of Juris Digital

“A Meta lead is usually browsing, not searching for a personal injury lawyer. The creative has to earn their attention, and your intake team has to be ready when they respond. Our rule is to call, text, and email within five minutes, then keep following up. If that process isn’t in place, I would fix intake before increasing the ad budget.”

Where Meta fits

A channel with a clear job.

Meta can introduce your firm to people in a serviceable market, explain what an initial conversation looks like, and distribute useful attorney-led content. We choose Facebook and Instagram placements for the audience and response we want. Broad reach, low-cost leads, and video views alone do not tell us whether your firm is signing the right matters.

For personal injury firms, the first choice may be which motor vehicle accident matters they can handle: car, motorcycle, commercial vehicle, pedestrian, bicycle, or rideshare. Another practice needs a different message and intake path. We start with your target matters, geography, case economics, and staff capacity.

Meta is part of a broader paid media plan. If people are already searching urgently for counsel, search advertising may deserve the first budget. If the job is to invite a response from people in a feed, Meta may warrant a defined test.

What our Meta Ads agency manages

Creative, screening, intake, and feedback in one plan.

01

Campaigns around wanted matters

We agree on practice areas, locations, exclusions, budget, and what counts as a useful result. The brief states whom the firm can serve, what an attorney can explain, and what happens after a response.

02

Creative that earns attention

We test multiple messages, images, and video concepts, then refresh them as results change. We review which versions bring reachable, suitable inquiries and signed matters, not just cheap clicks. Your firm reviews claims, disclosures, permissions, and applicable attorney advertising rules before launch.

03

A short qualification path

For motor vehicle accident campaigns, a firm-approved quiz can check matter type, timing, and service area before the handoff. It filters obvious mismatches; it cannot establish that someone has a viable case. Sensitive details and legal evaluation belong in private intake.

04

CRM handoff and follow-up

Where your systems support it, we route inquiries with source details, alerts, and clear ownership. We define who calls, texts, and emails; what happens if there is no answer; and how duplicate or out-of-scope contacts are recorded.

05

Optimization informed by signed cases

We review delivery, creative, landing experience, cost, and lead quality together. Your intake feedback shows which contacts were reachable, qualified, consulted, and retained. That evidence guides changes to messages, destinations, and budget.

A motor vehicle accident campaign

From an ad to a case decision.

This four-step illustration adapts the operating sequence in Juris Digital’s MVA campaign planning. It describes a workflow, not a client result or a guaranteed outcome.

  1. 01

    Introduce the firm

Attorney-led creative explains what the first conversation covers.

  2. 02

    Check basic fit

A short, approved quiz asks enough to route the inquiry.

  3. 03

    Respond and record

Alerts reach intake; staff call, text, email, and log the next action.

  4. 04

    Learn from cases

Consultations and confirmed retainers inform the next campaign decision.

If many contacts cannot be reached, inspect the response path. If reachable contacts are outside case criteria, review the creative and qualification questions. If suitable matters sign, evaluate the full acquisition cost against the firm’s economics.

Current observations

Judge the full investment by the right outcome.

Media spend is one part of the test. A proposal should show management, creative production, landing-page work, tracking, and the firm’s intake commitment separately. We scope those items before quoting a campaign.

~$300per Meta injury lead
~8.5%of all leads become signed cases

As of October 2026, the roughly $300 figure is our current blended observation across soft tissue and serious injury inquiries. It is not a qualified-case cost or a forecast for every market. The 8.5% figure comes from our current law firm lead data. Case mix, acceptance criteria, creative, and follow-up affect actual results. These are separate observations; we do not combine them into a projected cost per signed case.

We report cost per qualified inquiry or signed client only when your intake records can be reconciled to the campaign. Duplicates, delayed retainers, and attribution gaps need to be visible in the report.

Questions law firms ask

What to settle before launch.

Are Meta ads the same as Facebook ads for lawyers?

Meta’s advertising platform runs campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, among other eligible placements. We select placements and creative for the campaign objective.

Can Meta ads bring personal injury cases?

They can generate inquiries. The useful test is whether your firm can reach those people, accept their matters, and retain them at a cost it can support.

Can you send leads to our CRM?

We assess your CRM, form or call path, permissions, and available integrations during scoping. Where a supported connection exists, we test routing and source details.

What if leads do not become signed cases?

We review duplicates, fit, reachability, response time, consultation attendance, and acceptance reasons before changing spend.

How is this different from paid social?

This page is for a Facebook and Instagram program with a defined Meta operating plan. Our paid social service helps compare channels and can include LinkedIn when a professional audience fits.

Explore the fit

Build a Meta campaign your firm can evaluate.

Bring the matters you want, the markets you serve, your current advertising, and the way your staff handles new inquiries. We will discuss whether Meta has a useful job, what creative and intake work the test requires, and which result would justify the next dollar.
