Put your firm in the local discovery experience with a defined reason to be there. We help assess, plan, and manage Apple Maps advertising around eligible locations, the clients you want, and the inquiries your team can turn into signed matters.
Location eligibility, campaign scope, and measurement confirmed before launch.
Start with the firm
Does another local channel earn a place in your plan?
A nearby searcher may be comparing law offices, checking directions, or looking for a way to call. Apple Maps ads can introduce your firm in that moment. The useful question is whether those interactions add relevant inquiries to your intake, at a cost that fits the practice.
We assess Apple Maps as part of your paid search and paid media plan. A firm serving a defined local market has a different opportunity from one accepting matters across many states. We start with your real office locations, the services people can obtain there, and how your staff handles a call or visit.
An accurate business listing is the foundation. Our local SEO services for law firms address the broader local presence; a Maps advertising engagement gives paid placements their own scope, budget, and evaluation.
What the engagement covers
A plan your team can act on.
01
Confirm locations and eligibility
We review the organization, claimed locations, advertised services, and available account access before proposing a launch. Apple currently requires eligible business locations and an organization address in supported US or Canadian markets, plus verification and location claiming. A working business profile does not automatically mean an ad is approved.
02
Make the place card useful
The firm’s name, category, address, contact options, website, and photographs should help someone recognize the office and take the right next step. We identify corrections and assets needed for the campaign, with your team confirming the underlying business information and advertising claims.
We also check the customer-facing place card and contact route on a phone. The displayed location, number and opening hours should agree with the office someone reaches. A correct field in the management interface is the starting point; the live experience is what the prospective client uses.
03
Choose campaign controls deliberately
Apple’s simpler Business workflow and advanced Ads interface offer different controls. We select the appropriate setup for the engagement. Where available, keyword phrases, categories, matching, and bidding should reflect the services and location being promoted—not a generic list of legal terms. Apple’s bidding options include tap- and impression-based models.
04
Connect the destination to the inquiry
A website visit should lead to a clear description of the practice, trustworthy attorney information, and a usable mobile contact path. We assess the page and tracking approach before buying traffic. A directions request or tap on a photo has a different business meaning from someone requesting representation.
05
Review spend alongside intake
We review available reporting by campaign and location, then compare it with what intake can establish about new inquiries. We distinguish platform actions from qualified prospects, accepted matters, and signed clients. That prevents a busy-looking activity report from becoming the only reason to continue spending.
06
Decide whether to expand
An initial test should answer a specific question about a location or service. We agree on the budget, review period, outcome definitions, and conditions for expansion before launch. Additional offices earn investment through useful evidence, not because every location can be added to the same campaign.
Bring your goals, current campaigns, and questions. We’ll discuss where this channel fits.
How a paid Maps placement becomes a local decision.
Apple’s official illustration shows paid placements in Maps search results and Suggested Places. Notice the ad labels, business imagery, and location information. For a law office, accurate details and a clear contact route help someone decide whether to take the next step.
This is a platform illustration using example businesses. It shows placement possibilities, not a Juris Digital client campaign or a law-firm performance result.

From attention to an outcome
A Maps action starts the conversation. Intake tells us what followed.
Apple reports measures such as impressions, taps, and actions. Its reporting definitions include calls, website visits, directions, and other interactions. We keep those categories visible rather than labeling their combined total “cases.”
01
Relevant local visibility
Check which promoted locations are receiving exposure and taps. Confirm that the firm details and advertised service remain accurate.
02
A traceable inquiry
Use suitable website source tagging and an agreed call-tracking approach where technically supported. Ask intake to record the source and whether the inquiry fits. Explain gaps when the person cannot be reliably matched.
03
A recorded client outcome
Follow qualified inquiries through consultation and signing. Report attributed acquisition cost only where records support it; show unmatched inquiries separately. A Maps dashboard alone does not establish complete signed-case attribution.
Investment & fit
Fund a useful test, with limits everyone understands.
We scope media spend, management, location work, creative assets, and any website or measurement changes separately. The recommendation depends on the offices, market, intake capacity, and the evidence the test needs to produce. There is no universal law-firm Apple Maps budget or established signed-case benchmark we can responsibly promise.
If your existing search campaigns are already generating useful cases, the Maps test should have a clear role alongside them. If calls go unanswered or sources are missing from intake records, correcting those issues may be the more useful first investment.
Your review should answer whether to continue, adjust, expand, or pause.

Before you commit
Practical questions. Clear answers.
The decisions that shape your scope, budget, and expectations.
Is Apple Maps advertising available for law firms?
Maps advertising is available for eligible businesses in supported US and Canadian locations. A law firm still needs its organization, location, service category, and ad content reviewed against current requirements. Apple’s availability does not establish approval for every practice or account. We check that before recommending media spend. Current Apple eligibility guidance.
Is this the same as Apple Search Ads for the App Store?
No. This engagement concerns paid local discovery in Apple Maps. App Store ads promote apps and usually do not match a law office’s objective of attracting clients for legal services. If your firm has an app with a separate acquisition goal, that requires a different brief.
Where can the ads appear?
Apple describes placements in Maps search results and Suggested Places. Delivery depends on the campaign, relevance, eligibility, and available inventory. We explain the controls offered by the chosen workflow rather than promising a specific position for every search. See Apple’s placement overview.
Do we pay for a click, an impression, or a signed case?
Apple’s campaign configuration determines the billing event. The advanced interface supports cost-per-tap and cost-per-thousand-impressions options. Those are media charges, not a fee for a signed legal matter. Your proposal separates platform spending from the work involved in managing the campaign.
Can you connect every Maps interaction to our CRM?
No agency should promise that without inspecting the systems and available source data. We assess the website, call path, intake process, and available reporting. Where matching is possible, we validate it. Where a person requests directions or later contacts the firm through another route, attribution may remain incomplete.
Should we use Apple Maps instead of Google Local Services Ads?
They answer different channel questions. Google Local Services Ads provide a lead-based advertising option for eligible firms; Apple Maps offers paid local discovery with its own billing and reporting. We compare audience fit and actual inquiry quality before shifting budget between them.
