    Who we’re looking for:

    The Partner Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of new and current Juris Digital clients. You have a strong background in Account Management, Client onboarding, process refinement, and software implementation. You possess a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing. You should be highly skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and have an exceptional knack for communication.

    Your day-to-day will be spent creating a path for new clients, managing software setup and onboarding for our varied clients. You’ll have confidence in your organic and paid marketing knowledge and grow and learn with your team, holding yourself accountable.

    What you will do:

    • You will be pivotal in ensuring seamless customer transition to our software and internal team.
    • Oversee and implement the onboarding process to ensure partners receive exceptional service.
    • Are strategic thinkers who anticipate partners’ needs and proactively address them to support platform adoption and engagement and facilitate the transition of partners’ onboarding and offboarding.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: The specialist should be proficient in analyzing data related to the onboarding process, such as customer feedback, usage metrics, and performance indicators, to optimize experience for clients and to facilitate program expansion and renewals
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates on client progress, share insights, and address any challenges or dependencies impacting the onboarding process
    • Proven experience in customer onboarding, account management, or a similar client-facing role
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO / PPC concepts to non-technical partners
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software applications
    • Demonstrate commitment to customer success and a passion for delivering exceptional service

    Our ideal candidate will be or have:

    • 2 years experience in Account management
    • Proven track record of driving client success in a digital marketing environment.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic content for various digital platforms and measure the effectiveness of strategies through analytics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner.
    • You have General knowledge of and/or in
      • Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Docs)
      • Callrail
      • ClickUp

    Compensation:

    Final compensation for this role is determined by various factors, such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The total compensation for this position is a mix of hourly pay, and uncapped commissions earned.
