Q. How much do your services cost?

A. Our proposed pricing is highly customized and depends largely on the following factors:

  1. Your goals
  2. Your practice area(s) and geo-market(s)
  3. The current state of your website/SEO

In general, our services start at $1,000 per month and scale upward based on the factors above.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract?

A. Once you agree to move forward with the 6 month project proposal, we do ask that you sign a general service agreement. However, this does not bind you to anything, it simply allows us to officially align on expectations for the project. We work on a month to month basis. If ever we fail to deliver results to your expectations, you have no contractual obligation to continue paying us.

Q. Do you offer pay-per-click services?

A. We do! Our PPC team works closely with our organic SEO consultants to ensure that we are leveraging keyword and traffic data in order to maximize ROI.

What do your reports look like?

A. Once you agree to move forward with our services, you are assigned a point of contact (one of our expert SEO project managers) with whom you can dialogue throughout the duration of your campaign. Your project manager will provide you with highly customized monthly reports containing the following information:

  1. Details of any changes made to the site
  2. Details of all off-site promotion efforts
  3. Analytics overviews which highlight improvements and areas of focus
  4. Details of any significant ranking changes for target search queries
  5. The agenda for the upcoming month

Q. What are your link building methods?

A. If you have invested in SEO in the past, the sad truth is that you probably have links pointing to your site which are in violation of Google’s stringent quality guidelines. While links are no doubt still important, we take a holistic approach to building online visibility which begins and ends with cultivating an audience for the content we create. This is the only truly penalty-proof links building.

Q.Who writes the content?

Q. How long does it take to see results?

A. SEO is a long-term marketing strategy. If you expect or need immediate leads, we recommend allocating your budget to PPC, or other, offline marketing efforts. Having stated that, we work to make your SEO investment provide a return as quickly as feasibly possible.

When we choose to take on any project, our focus turns to prioritizing the work that is needed for success. By prioritizing our process, we can begin producing higher quality leads sooner rather than later.

A. We do offer affordable solutions to get an effective website presence established for your firm. For a more customized, or specific design need, we have trusted designers and developers that work with us regularly to meet these demands. It’s important to keep SEO and user experience in mind while designing and developing your website in order to maximize its effectiveness.

Q. Do you offer à la carte services, or only retainer-based projects?

A. We do offer à la carte services for any clients that need them. However, we have found that internet marketing campaigns work more effectively when we establish a strategy for long term success. Some of our clients prefer to develop their own strategies in house and use our services to implement their strategy. Below are some of the services we offer à la carte.
