Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Existing Client Growth is responsible for existing client revenue growth measured by net revenue retention (NRR) for Juris Digital. This individual will lead a world-class team, including Team Leads, Account Managers (AMs) and supporting staff, to deliver on aggressive growth goals. 

This role is a great opportunity for the right Client Success leader to ‘level-up’ and own NRR for a fast-growing agency that is the top performer in its niche.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for generating NRR for Juris 
  • Create fully-costed, bottom-up, NRR plans and forecasts based on historical/industry data, reasonable assumptions and concrete ways to bridge the current existing revenue situation to what is possible
  • Responsible for ‘Pod’ strategy at Juris, specifically: 
    • Competency areas (and depth) contained within each Pod
    • Optimal Pod size for delivering value efficiently / determining when best to create new Pods 
    • All Team (Pod) Leads will directly report to this role
  • In partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and AMs, identify, craft and launch new service offering opportunities for Juris based on NRR ROI
  • Manage major client escalations as they occur, and perform root cause analysis on them thereafter to ensure such escalations are handled by Team Leads (and/or their teams) next time
  • Advise on Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and associated Buyer Journeys as needed
  • Collaborate with COO, outbound prospecting leader, new sales leader and Director of Marketing to design holistic revenue strategies that meet and exceed company goals
  • Methodically build out and lead team of world-class team professionals

Job Skillset:

  • Demonstrated experience growing NRR for scaling agencies (and/or businesses, more generally)
  • Demonstrated experience managing, leading and growing a team of high-performing professionals 
  • Demonstrated experience designing  and implementing new team structures to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated experience launching new services to existing client base – with strong revenue results to show for it 
  • Experience in collaborating with Law Firms considered an asset
  • Meticulous attention to detail
